Within the scope of the project we carried out at the ABB site, durable packaging processes were carried out for transformers weighing 10 tons each, which can be kept in crates for a long time. The transformers were packed in crates designed to be safely protected at the shipment site and made ready for shipment. In this project, as Üç Kardeşler Ahşap Ambalaj, we carried out a successful packaging process by keeping the durability and protection standards at the highest level.
Within the scope of this project, the parts removed from the rotor were crated and safely shipped to Poland. In the project consisting of a total of 6 crates, the materials, each weighing 4 tons, were carefully crated and made in accordance with international transportation standards. This process, which was completed with high precision, has once again proved the quality and reliability of Üç Kardeşler Ahşap Ambalaj.
Within the scope of the project, electrical panels were carefully packaged to completely prevent contact with water. The packaging process was carried out meticulously in accordance with the project numbers and container loading and safe shipment to Algeria was completed. In this project, which we realized with Japanese business partnership, tunnel boring machine parts ranging in weight from 2 tons to 35 tons were secured with specially designed cage type packaging and sent to Japan. In this project we carried out for Ford, the vehicle parts sent to our site were carefully fixed to protect them from external factors and prepared for shipment. In the project we realized at Mondalez site, the machines were securely fixed, packaged and made ready for shipment. In the work we carried out at the Friterm company site, the products, each weighing 14 tons, were completely cut off from contact with water and sent overseas by packaging and membrane application.
The packaging of the transformers delivered to us by Schneider Electric has been successfully completed before overseas shipment. The transformers, each weighing 10 tons, were specially packaged to withstand the sea voyage and transportation safety was ensured at the highest level. In this project, we, as Üç Kardeşler Ahşap Ambalaj, took all necessary precautions for a smooth shipment with our experience in industrial packaging.
Within the scope of the Tera project, motorcycles were crated in accordance with customs legislation. In order for customs controls to be carried out quickly and smoothly, windows were opened on the side walls of the crates, allowing customs officers to see the inside of the crates completely. Thanks to this special design, the motorcycles were safely shipped to Nigeria. As Üç Kardeşler Ahşap Ambalaj, we have successfully finalized the project by facilitating customs procedures with solutions that have been considered in every detail.
